Job Description
We're now retaining for Machine Drivers to work at our point in Thurmaston, Leicester.
We're retaining drivers who can work in our coating department for 12 hour shifts
· Week 1 0600 am- 1800 pm( Monday to Wednesday) 0600- 1400 pm( Thursday)
· Week 2 1800 pm- 0600 am( Monday to Wednesday)
A long weekend every week!!!!
We also have rotating shifts available0600-1400/1400-2200/ 2200- 0600 Monday to Friday
Why work then?
· Excellent overtime rates- time and a half for the first 8 hours worked all week and any fresh hours DOUBLE time
· So for one 12 hour shift you'll work overtime you'll earn 20 hours pay!!
· Work overtime in the week so you still get your weekends off
· Training on every machine
· Paid breaks
· On point canteen
· Free onsite parking
· On a regular machine route
· Free work wear and tear
· Matched pension of 5
· Health cash plan scheme
This part is over to£10.00 per hour depending on experience and can lead to a perm occasion after 12 weeks. Time and a third and double time is offered also.
You'll have some experience minding machines or running a CNC machine. This is a homemade job where you have to concentrate to get the product right.
Liabilities
· To operate named ministry safely
· To constantly achieve product affair targets
· Operate/ examiner multiple pieces of outfit during operation to insure quality product and minimum unplanned stops
· Communicate with platoon members and support brigades to insure nonstop product of the correct product at high quality situations with minimum wasted time and accoutrements
· To complete all needed departmental data recording on time
· suitable to identify and communicate pitfalls( Service, Quality, Health & Safety and Financial)
There's full training on the job so it’s not each about former experience it's also about station to work and wanting to learn a skill/ trade.
