Lancashire is a county in North West England. Lancashire is a historic, ceremonial and non-metropolitan county and the county boundaries differ between these different forms. The historic county was subject to a significant boundary reform in 1974 which created the current ceremonial county and removed Liverpool and Manchester, and most of their surrounding conurbations to form the metropolitan and ceremonial counties of Merseyside and Greater Manchester.[4][5] The detached northern part of Lancashire in the Lake District, including the Furness Peninsula and Cartmel, was merged with Cumberland and Westmorland to form Cumbria. Lancashire lost 709 square miles of land to other counties, about two fifths of its original area, although it did gain some land from the West Riding of Yorkshire.

Role Overview

Liabilities and Duties
• Lead a platoon of 5- 10 platoon members, dependent of demesne
• Support our Cleaning Team to constantly deliver clean and well- maintained accommodation
• Exceed our guests ’ prospects and help in delivering time on time quality enhancement
• Support the Accommodation leadership platoon with the wider platoon
• part model effective coaching and leadership chops and demonstrate our vision and values
• Go the redundant afar to produce a clean, bright, safe and secure terrain
• Communicate effectively to all platoon members
• Be an advocate for working within a high performing platoon
• Celebrate individual and platoon success
Qualifications/ Experience/ Training
• former experience of working in a large platoon an advantage
• The capability to work at pace and under pressure whilst leading a platoon
• Demonstrates the capability to train, estimate and development platoon
• A flexible trainer and leader who can develop a platoon with confidence
• Computer knowledgeable-desirable
