Receptionist
A receptionist (sometimes referred to as an administrative assistant) is someone who performs various administrative tasks, including answering telephones and giving information to the public and customers. Receptionists are often the first employee that the public or customer has contact with.
You will be liable for managing all incoming telephone calls and emails on behalf of the corporate .
Upon greeting visitors you'll be confident answering basic questions and have the power to ask open questions in order that you'll understand their individual requirements, giving them a personalised service and putting them in-tuned with the right team member to suit their needs.
You will make sure the visitors area and facilities are kept clean and tidy in the least times and offer visitors refreshments. For this position you'll got to be presented and hooked in to customer service.
There are two part time positions available, one for AM and one for PM. The working hours are between 8.30am-5.30pm Monday - Friday and eight .30am-5.00pm Saturday (please note there's some flexibility with the hours).
