System Administrator - Storage, Server & Backup

TASKS:

Support service owners, operations managers and repair teams on operational projects associated with EEAS foundation services, including interventions on ICT infrastructure (servers, backup devices, virtual machines, etc);
Drafting operational guidelines, procedures, installation notices and scripts for the mixing , installation and upgrade of aforementioned component services;
Support setup and management of central monitoring infrastructure;
Assistance with roll-out of latest ICT infrastructure projects;
Operate in accordance with the defined ITIL processes and procedures;
Performing backup/restore operations on data;
Development of scripts to enhance central management and control facilities (central alerting, central logging, central security polices implementation ...).

Experience:

ITILv3 certification(s);
Ability to write down technical notes in English;
Capability of integration in an international/multi-cultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and knowledge in team working;
Good communication skills ;
Quick brain is required, being organized, versatile and a results-oriented team player;
Experience in providing support for enterprise environment;
Ability to deal with fast changing technologies and environments;
Windows 2012, 2016, 2019 Server administration;
Expertise in WAMP/LAMP (Linux/Windows, Apache, MySQL, PHP) application administration;
Symantec & NetApp Backup administration and recovery procedures;
VMware & Hyper-V management and administration;
Shared storage administration (NetApp/IBM/HP);
TCP/IP protocol and related services during a Windows 2012, 2016, 2019 environment: DNS, DHCP, WINS;
Hardware environment (Server);
Good scripting skills (shell, bash, …)
Very good knowledge of PowerShell 2+;
Minimum 1 technical certification:
MCSA/MCSE: Server Infrastructure
MCITP: Enterprise Administrator on Windows Server 2008 and above
(Storage) NCSA, NCDA, NCIE
(Virtualisation) VCA-DCV, VCP4/5-DCV, VCAP4/5-DCA, VCAP4/5-DCD, VCDX4/5-DV, VCA-WM, VCP4/5-DT, VCAP-DTD, VCDX-DT - MCTS, MCITP: Virtualization Administrator (or higher)
(Linux) RHCSA, RHCE, RHCJD, RHCJA
Oracle RDBMS database administration
