Job Description
- Interview, select and lead a team of 2-3 crew members
- Manage the logistics of a window cleaning business operations in a specified region
- Maintain high levels of customer service excellence with our valued repeat customers
- Generate new customer leads through referrals and door-to-door canvassing
- Collect and submit customer payments
- Perform residential window cleaning, eavestrough cleaning and siding cleaning
- Earnings are based on a pay-for-performance model. The more you accomplish, the more you will earn.
