$20.93 per hour or Incentive pay of $0.304 per yard (whichever is higher)
Position Summary
The Swamper pulls loaded bins, opens gates and guides driver in tight spaces.

Main Responsibilities:
Accompany the Driver through dense areas for waste pickup.
Ensure customer satisfaction through reliable service (e.g., arrive on schedule, pick-up all bins, clean up waste that falls out of bin when lifting, relock/reclose bins)
Requirements
Able to start working between around 3 am.
Capable to work up to 12 hours per day
Must be able to pass all pre-employment checks.
Extremely Physically demanding role:
Exposed to the elements: heat/cold, rain, snow.
Climbs in and out of truck at each customer site
