As a Greggs Store Manager you get the chance to achieve success and drive your team to satisfy standards, goals and performance. It takes commitment, diligence and dedication to be a successful Greggs manager but don’t be fooled, this doesn’t mean you can’t celebrate and luxuriate in the advantages and rewards that this role brings.
You are responsible of all aspects of the shop including motivating, coaching and training your team, meeting sales and profitability targets, banking and finance duties, stock take and deliveries, ensuring the shop looks vibrant and features a great atmosphere and most significantly ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer service whenever . This isn’t a back office job, prepare to roll your sleeves up and have interaction with our amazing customers and obtain involved food preparation!
