About the role

Working as a part of a highly committed team at Sunrise the Receptionist is one among the pivotal roles within our communities. As Receptionist you'll put the residents care and wellbeing at the guts of everything you are doing . We promote independence, dignity and quality of life in the least times during a person centred caring and supportive environment.As the Receptionist, you provide the primary impression for all visitors into the Sunrise community. you'll be liable for greeting potential residents, families, visitors, managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages. The Receptionist provides an summary of community information to those enquiries in support of the marketing and sales efforts. Other responsibilities include monitoring the Bistro area for refreshments, music, cleanliness also as general administrative duties. it'll be your role to support the welcoming and supportive feeling of a Sunrise community.

About you

Proven experience during a customer service role is required, having demonstrated excellent customer service, organisational and communication skills.
You must have logic , problem solving and deciding skills also as be an organised record keeper.
