Job Summary

The Enugu Business Analyst (EBA) Programme Manager will organize and coordinate the entire programme across phases. The PM will provide strategic guidance to stakeholders in ways that promotes a seamless flow of the project. The PM also oversees the progress of operations including coordinating process between Traction and the Enugu SME Center, as well as companies (for example, fintech companies) seeking to partner on the programme

• Experience Length: 4 years

Job Description

Note: This is a six months contract

• Act as the lead trainer for the business analysts 
• Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects 
• Lead stakeholder management across key players 
• Plan and execute campaigns and events for different clusters 
• Continuously identify areas of opportunity to improve the programme and initiatives 
• Coordinate business development efforts 
• Be the first line of defence for the business analysts 
• Coordinate cross-project activities 
• Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff or team leads 
• Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities 
• Lead change, risk and resource management across the programme 
• Assess programme performance and aim to maximize ROI/End Result 
• Prepare monthly reports 

Attributes of the ideal candidate: 

• 4-6 years work experience, preferably in programme management and business analysis 
• University degree holder 
• Strong client management skills 
• Strong problem solving skills 
• Clear experience in leading training. Candidate must have knowledge of accounting, sales and marketing
